Chemistry: usnic acid and divaricatic acid by tlc.
Ecology and distribution.
Three collections from two localities on the Falkland Islands (on planted trees and Hebe scrub). Also from Isla de los Estados and the Brunswick Peninsula.
Notes:
Agrees with typical R. canariensis in morphology and chemistry, but differs in the much narrower lobs (less than 0.5 mm wide).
